Story
This year for my birthday, my wonderful hubby signed me up for the 10klm Bridge to Brisbane Race.
Now, while some of you may think a race entry is an odd choice for a birthday gift, let me explain...
I'd been lacking motivation to really get back into running after a few years off (thanks COVID-19) and had been running on and off with little consistency or improvement...
This race entry was the kick in the butt I needed to actually commit and get back into running, properly.
And to sweeten the deal, he's even signed me up to raise funds for one of my favourite charities, Guide Dogs QLD!
